Some of the best hospitality service I've experienced at a hotel. This one appears to be smaller and more dated but it is well managed, taken care of and very clean! The manager and staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were able to upgrade us both nights which is a huge plus. It is convenient to the interstate and has plenty of food options near by. Highly recommend it for a stay!

This is easily the most run down Towne Place Suites and indeed Marriot property I've ever stayed at. The rooms were old. Furniture was broken. The bathroom sink had a badly repaired hole in it. It took 30 minutes sometimes for hot water to make it to the room. And even then it was not really hot, just warm.

I was planning on staying there for a few weeks but checked out after just over one. Never once did housekeeping come by. I checked out early but they ended up sending me a bill for the full length of my reservation. In 30 years of travelling that has never happened to me.

Umm the rooms were absolutely disgusting and it was creepy, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the cleaning lady I talked to was very kind and professional, she didn’t speak English but she had an app to translate and she was very helpful. The location is great, we are going to Chicago tomorrow so it being right next to the freeway is nice. The smells are a bit funky, our 2 rooms smell like everything bagels and dirty socks, and the hallways smell like marijuana. Parking is also not great but not many people stay here at a time so it was fine ish.

The rooms / bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Wonderful shower pressure and lots of hot water. The kitchenette is fantastic, and everything is provided to help prepare and enjoy meals. The bed is beyond comfortable and was a luxury!

Stayed here years ago due mainly to the location (close to the 465) and the same again recently and still gives good value and acesss and meets a good budget as well.||Friendly staff good grab and go breakfast so no issues really so suited my needs.|Some good close by food options as well||30 mins max to the airport also

Most likely the worst hotel in the Indianapolis area. Hotel itself is in poor almost unlivable condition ( bug infestation, moldy-mildew, dirty sheets and towels) the staff was the most unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with, the area were the hotel is located is in a industrial run down and crime ridden. Our bill upon checking out was incorrect, the staff gave a poor excuse that the manager would be in later that day to correct the bill. This never happened. We called and called with no help adjusting the incorrect bill. Marriott corporate got involved and helped us. The bill was still not corrected. I can't believe we are the only people going through this that stayed in this run down hotel. This hotel is a poor reflection of the Marriott brand. Do not stay here go to the holiday inn across town.

I was in room 226 for a week for work. (Parking lot side) Leaving at 6a and returning at 3p, mostly everything was silent despite some parking lot chatter on sat night, but that's typical for a weekend night. The room was updated, no smell, although if you're a stickler, it has the "handyman special" by painting over drywall dmg, faucets on backward, etc. Took cold showers two out of the 7 day stay. There were no bugs and mold, and everything was clean. Bed extremely soft and comfortable. Towels were swapped every three days. WiFi is poor/unconnectable (no lan option either), so thankfully, I have a 5G hotspot. But it might vary depending on room location. Breakfast is actually quite impressive with gluten-free options, but with gas station quality coffee. The parking lot has no drain and severely floods in heavy rain. Be mindful to park on higher ground. Despite the other bad reviews, I had a pleasant stay. Met multiple staff, no smell of weed, and all were diligent and polite.

Horrible staff that reeked of marijuana and filthy rooms. I was there for an hour before I decided to cancel my reservation and check out. DEFINITELY not up to Marriott standards.
