Some of the best food I’ve had in years. The food is phenomenal, made fresh to order. I would look no farther if you’re looking to try Indian food or Indo-chinese. The owner was awesome, and gave us some different sauces to try. Best gas station find ever!! Will be returning.

This place is a hidden gem! I got the lentil soup, and it was amazing - he literally made it to order. Fresh ingredients, served hot, and absolutely delicious. I hope they stay open, or even get a bigger place because I am sold and will coming back.

I used to go here at their previous location in New Tampa and in my 51 years of living and it is my all time favorite Indian food. When I found out it was closed I was sad but then by some miracle they open a location 15 mins from me…I cannot explain how that happened but soooo happy ?

I implore you to come try this place!!! You will not be sorry!!

I love the flavor of the Manchurian chicken and the rice is delicious! The portion is huge and usually takes me three days to finish (I love leftovers!). The garlic naan is also something I enjoy. I'm so glad they're nearby!

I’ve been eating at Saffron for nearly 10 years ever since they were in the New Tampa area, and they remain my favorite Indian restaurant of all time! Yesterday, I went to their new location in Riverview and I ordered the butter chicken curry with garlic naan, and the chicken was the most tender chicken that I’ve ever had! When I’ve tried chicken currys at other restaurants, I often find myself not eating all of the chicken because it’s so dry or overcooked, but at Saffron Xpress, the first thing I finished eating was the chicken and then the curry! The food is delicious and the curry always has the perfect amount of creaminess, sweetness, and spice. Smells delicious and tastes delicious!! Highly recommend giving this spot a visit! The owner/employees were so kind and the customer service was quite exceptional!

Just found this gem of a place for Indian food! The food was awesome, everything we ordered was served hot. Do not go by the exterior looks of a gas station- the interior is just lik any other food court, infact better.
The best part was Mr. Nimesh, with whom we had a nice interaction.
All d best to your new place! Hope to fly soon from houston again to taste amritsari kulcha!

Most wonderful and friendly staff. Delicious food. We were greeted with a sample to taste a few items. Took our food outside. There is a beautiful picnic table spot to enjoy your meal surrounded by bushes .

Opened 4 months ago & is a great place to either grab a meal to go or sit & enjoy. A little confusing because it's located inside a gas station, but go inside & see the layout is spacious, clean & friendly. I enjoyed the chicken biryani medium heat, potato with peas samosa, and fresh made garlic naan. The worker kindly helped me through the menu, making good suggestions & described the different selections.I would definitely go back & try their popular menu item, which are the bowls.
