This place is super cool! The sundaes are so cute and creative. The portions are humongous and relatively inexpensive. I loved the waffle and it was freshly cooked. The toppings are top notch. Unfortunately, the soft serve was kind of flavorless. Just tasted like frozen milk honestly. But, overall, it was good and I would go again!

Let’s start with the positive, the waffles are freshly made and do look adorable, aaaand that’s where it ends.
The waffle itself had no flavor, at all. The soft serve tasted like it was made with skim milk, had a weird texture and again no flavor. I was trying to figure out what I was tasting and I tell you what it was… nothing! The strawberries looked fresh but tasted like they were just about to go bad. The best part were the little white chocolate pearls because they actually tasted like white chocolate. I ended up tossing half the thing because I just couldn’t force myself to eat it, and between the “no flavor” and weird textures it was making me physically ill! No shade to whoever gave this good ratings, but growing up in Europe I’m used to waffles tasting like butter, eggs, vanilla sugar… not cardboard.

This is my favorite dessert option in Disney Springs. They do rotate the menu occasionally and also offer seasonal items, but I've never been disappointed with anything I've had here. The lines can definitely get long during busy periods, but I highly recommend checking it out if you never have before.

Ask to try/taste the ice cream first because you'll notice how horrible it is. Love the Bubble Waffles but what happened to the ice cream? Last year it was so delicious and creamy! This year the ice cream seems watered down(crushed with ice) and had a very strange after taste! The waffle itself/toppings were tasty but due to the ice cream changing from creamy to watery we won't be having this again and don't recommend.

It was fun time at Disney Spring and we had to try a fun snack. The waffle was fresh made, soft and delicious. We got the Minnie on. It came with soft swirl of ice cream, white chocolate crunchy pearls, strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries! ?
