We had capuccino, coffee and cakes there. The cappaccino and latte machiato was really good. The cake was too dry and disappointing though. The place is full of stairs so not wheelchair or stroller accessible but they were kind enough to let us bring stroller/pram inside.
The cafe was warm and beautiffuly decorated.

Stopped here to people watch in the Market Platz. There are options for indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside enjoying the sunshine, with a cup of tea and a slice of cake. There was plenty of choice. It's table service, however I would advise that you pop into the cafe to check out the cake options. A lovely way to spend some time.

Stopped by this cafe after a tour. Some exterior seating and plenty of comfortable seating inside. Enjoyed a piece of cheesecake and cappuccino. Whilst the cappuccino is just from a machine it was a good taste and nice and hot. The cheesecake was enjoyable however quite different from the cheesecake you might have in Australia or the US. Good service and quiet atmosphere.

I may be biased with the poor service but this was the least friendly place I visited in Germany. The server was harried and seemed annoyed to be there. The front counter was difficult to talk with. Too busy to bother with us.

I ordered the chocolate cake and I was brought a cake with white frosting. And the waitress argued that it was buttercream. I am not sure what that had to do with the fact it was not chocolate.

The chocolate frosted cake in the window was what got me in the door.

My wife ordered tap water and the server made her get, and pay for, mineral water.

There are plenty of other shops that are not as busy and are happier to serve you.

Wonderful place for cake lovers. We had Black Forest cake and cheese cake. Black Forest cake was the best we ever had and cheese cake was to the expectations. The coffee is a bit costly. So it’s good to just go and have different cakes. Yes please make sure you have cash.

Bought €15 worth of food and got it to go so we could sit outside on the patio and eat. The workers could clearly see we are tourists and none of their food was marked differently to “stay” vs “to go” there was nothing to say we needed to pay more for food if we wanted to stay. We ONLY bought our food to sit on their patio…. And of course we wanted to go outside with it…. The waitress comes by and forces us to pay €6 for a coke… I understand we have to pay to eat somewhere. But this was ridiculous so we decided to cancel the coke and leave as he hadn’t touched it. She ran after us made us pay for it… and didn’t even give us the to go price when we clearly didn’t want to be there anymore. I walked back and made them give us a to go cup for it. What a nasty place to treat people who clearly are visitors. Don’t go here or if you do make sure you pay extra if you want to sit because there is NO sign and the staff won’t explain that to you until they make us SO awkward you don’t want to stay

I can only assume that the poor reviews are writen by the competition that can't keep up with this Café. The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere is fine, it's warm and it's open when others have already closed.
