For this price, it was not worth it.

The staff are great, this review is towards the amenities.

There is no breakfast, you have to sign up to be a member in order to access wifi (granted it's free, but an annoying step), there's no phone in the room to call down for assistance. Also, there were no bin liners for the trash bins.

Truly I was paying just for a room with a TV and some hot water.

We reserved the room in advance, securing with a credit card, as per usual, no problem. When we got there, they had changed the rates, and they declined all three of our credit cards/debit cards. We said that this must be a mistake, that their systems must be malfunctioning, and they told us that we needed to call our banks - we did. None of our banks received any pings from them, it was a Courtyard problem, not ours, and not our banks'. Courtyard wouldn't budge, insisting we couldn't pay. They sent us to another hotel, one that we did not choose.

They didn't bother calling their IT department, didn't bother to check into their credit card readers' malfunction, just sent us off - our problem.

It's 101 that hotels can't make money if they can't check people in, and there is no way that any hotel would send customers away, without trying to correct the issue. This makes zero business sense.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that either they wanted the room for someone else, or they didn't like the color of my husband's skin.

Don't bother booking here.

In August, I booked a room for a date in early October and paid in full. I received a confirmation. Then, with less than 24 hours notice before the booking, the hotel cancelled my reservation with no explanation. When I contacted the front desk, the person on duty said "It must have been the manager." The Courtyard made no effort to explain or assist with a rebooking and I was left scrambling to find another room. I do not recommend this hotel, as they do not follow through on confirmed room bookings.

This hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms were spotless. However, the hallways have an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of smoke, which was quite off-putting.

I was disappointed with my stay here, primarily because the itinerary stated "parking available," but it wasn't prominently mentioned that parking would cost $30 per night during my stay. This unexpected fee felt exorbitant, especially considering the overall price of the stay. Free parking should be a given for such rates.

Additionally, the hotel does not offer free breakfast, which was somewhat expected but still disappointing. The pool was quite cold and lacked a jacuzzi. Moreover, the pool area was poorly maintained; the steps were dirty and seemed in need of replacement, and the handrail was loose, posing a safety hazard. On a positive note, the pool hours were convenient, staying open until 11 PM, which is great for late-night swimmers.

Overall, we won't be booking this hotel again. There are other options that offer free parking and breakfast for a similar price.

Decent hotel in walking distance to the convention center. Rooms a bit dated, aircon incredibly loud, no free breakfast. Too expensive for the value offered.

The staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly!

Room was clean. Hotel is quiet. There is a Kroger grocery store close to the hotel. I wish they had free breakfast.

Typical Courtyard Marriott. Rooms and lobby were up to date and bistro was good as usual. It shares a large parking lot with the residence inn that is gated. Located adjacent to the canal which is excellent for a peaceful walk. The downtown restaurant area is walkable in 15-20 minutes.

This hotel is not worth the price. Over $300 a night and the hallways smelled like mildew and the rooms are outdated. No free coffee or continental breakfast. $30 a night to park and they leave the arm up so anyone can come in and park. You literally hear every step the person in the room above you makes. This hotel is not worth the price stay someone else so many other options. The two good parts were the location and the staff was friendly.
