Possibly the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered at a hotel in all our years of travelling, and we are really undemanding, laid back people. |Such a shame to turn up to such a beautiful town and be met with what turned into an extremely unfriendly reception. Nothing but rudeness, hostility, aggression and at one point shouting and screaming about us. All before we got our room key! We asked her to stop being so rude or we would need to speak to the manager. She told us the manager wasnt there. After looking into the hotel more online, turns out she is the manager and it's run by the whole family.|By this point we pointed out that this was not great customer service; we'd been nothing but happy and polite on arrival and were only asking very reasonable questions regarding checking in. She then went off shouting and screaming to someone in the restaurant about us! We understand some German insults btw. Utterly unprofessional and also really distressing to hear.||Her aggression and extreme rudeness really upset not just us, but our daughter too, which is 100% unacceptable. |Stunning location, and sadly the hotel is really nice, but not worth being insulted for. It's a shame. If you dont like tourist, maybe don't run a hotel?

The hotel is at the city center. The room is small and basic. The bath towel was very rough and needs to be replaced. I was disappointed that there was no one at the lobby to check me in due to holidays. A warm-hearted bystander helped me to call and solved the problem.

Great spot in the centre of town, family owned hotel, right next to the church. Rooms are very comfortable,breakfast is good, Parking is fine if you get a blue badge, we had one in our hire car, there are no limits to parking after 5. Would recommend. Try the cafe, we didn't but it looked amazing and it was great to see all the pastries being baked first thing in the morning.

Great location, our view was literally next door to the big church. Bakery downstairs had lots of nice stuff. Breakfast was limited but considering it was included for such a cheap price we had no complaints.

Spent 1 night as 3 adults in a triple room. The room and bathroom were a little cozy, but it worked for us. Internet didn't work in the room very well, but great in the cafe. Breakfast was good and typical; the cafe treats looked delicious, but we didn't buy any. Hotel has more rooms than I was expecting and there were a lot of stairs to get up to our room.||||PERFECT location for walking around the town. We utilized the free parking across the street - recommend putting in that location on your GPS if you're driving there instead of the cafe/hotel's address.
