Amazing service. We went during Taylor Swift and it was chaotic for them. They were super kind and let us check in early and ensured everything went okay for us. I’m from out of state so I was a bit worried with how busy that weekend was that my room was not going to be secure or something was going to happen. The front desk girlies were amazing and kind and they deserve a raise. The hotel was super cute and loved how it was an apartment layout almost. Everything was very clean as well. 5/5 would def stay here again.

The location is nice and around a lot of options for food etc. The rooms are abhorrent and was in semi dismal state. I stayed for one day of my 15-day stay in Indy. I moved to the Marriott in Carmel which I suggest. The one upside: I told the girl at the front desk that I was leaving and she canceled my remaining stay. I did so with Marriott as a backup. I was charged for the full stay two weeks later as they stated “you never left”. I did. I called back and spoke to Yvette Chandler. She was extremely nice and refunded my stay after I proved I left for another Residence. She was the bright spot for the stay.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. Our room was so unbelievably filled by the smell of mold and mildew. The carpet was gross. When we got home o would not bring any item that was in that room into my house. The food we purchased had to be throw out after it was opened because it tasted like the horrible room. Do not stay here!

The only halfway decent thing about this property is the location. Close to major stores, restaurants, and by the highways. Other than that, it's the most abysmal Marriott property I've ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting -- cracked toilet seats, dusty and moldy air conditioners, smelly stained sheets and a half-stocked "kitchen". Every request we made the front desk was denied and never fulfilled. The extremely rude woman working the front told me that they only provided housekeeping after 3 days -- OK, I waited three days and asked again. She said it hadn't been three days. I told her to count how many days it has been (4). So she finally agreed. When I got back to my room after a long day, I found that all housekeeping did was put new towels in my bathroom. No replenishment of anything, no vacuum, no organizing, no new or tucked sheets -- NOTHING. If you're looking for a hotel to stay at and actually relax, this is not it.

My wife and I stayed 1 night at this location. We checked in at a reasonable time in late afternoon. The room I selected through the Hilton app was "not available" so they moved us to a different room. ||The next morning at 8am, we were jostled awake by the sound of repeated attempts to use a card key to open our dead-bolted door. I thought at first it was a guest mistakenly attempting to enter the wrong room, but no. When I got up to answer the actual nocking on the door, I noticed that the hotel's *smart* system was displaying a "Welcome" message on the TV for a guest's name that was not us. And at the door was a person from the front desk who "wasn't sure if there was anybody in this room". When I later questioned this event at the front desk, the manager gave the excuse that "the system is new" and they were still learning it. They also said we were registered as a "no-call, no-show". If not for another guest's welcome message showing on the screen, I would probably believe that. After another hour, the TV turned back on again displaying a welcome to us again as it did when we entered the day before.||Another oddity, though not one worthy of a such a low rating, it takes 5-10 minutes of running both the sink and shower on the hot setting before the water is bearably warm. It does get hot after several more minutes. It just feels so wasteful to need to run water for so long to be able to take a comfortably warm shower. ||On the positive side - The room was quite clean; the bed was comfy; the toilet paper was relatively decent for a hotel; the included breakfast was standard quality, but enjoyable.||Other negatives - Rooms on the same side as the elevator are subject to highway noise from the I465 bypass.||We are unlikely to stay at this location again.

Honestly can’t believe Marriott’s name is attached to this property. Extremely disappointed in room and hotel overall. I am here now and checked in late last night so I was too tired to ask for a room change. In the morning I will be calling the Titanium elite service number and asking to move to another hotel. Not clean, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, musty and humid, sheets are scratchy, towels as thin as paper towels and floors are sticky. Plus had two spiders crawling on ceiling when checked in. I think a Super 8 would have been better.

Very outdated, breakfast was 3/10 probably the worst I’ve seen in a hotel the past 15 years. Room slept 3 only 2 bath towels provided. Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable. Honestly it probably should be Debranded as it’s not up to Marriott standards from what I’ve seen.

Highly disappointed...ripped curtains and shower curtain, filthy carpeting and horrible smell of mold and mildew.... for the price and Marriott name I expected much better! I will not be coming back and will also think better about staying at another Marriott property.
