Clean, well-maintained hotel close to the airport. Staff were friendly and hard-working. Our room was a suite with a really nice extra area for relaxing. Our room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom area was clean and spacious. Plus, they provided warm chocolate chip cookies to us upon our arrival. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked with hot and cold food choices. Glad we stayed here.

Beautiful hotel, Edna made us feel welcome , very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, guide use to Assembly Hall food court great choice. Thanks Edna and Hilton.

We are on day 2 and Edna guide use again to awesome venues, she is such a great asset to Hilton always smiling and pleasant. The hotel is has provided awesome service and we will be back.

This hotel did not live up to the normal high standards of the Hilton brand. The room was ok. The bed was clean. The restaurant was the worst experienced in 10 years. They were out of menu items and the mashed potatoes were obviously instant. They charged $40 for this meal. When concerns were raised nothing was done. Will not stay here again.

Staff was freight and they gave us almost yummy cookie when we checked in. The location isn't the best but it is close to the airport which is good. The room was a little dated and the pull out couch didn't pull out. It was clean in the room which is good. The pool was open but it was outside and too cold to use. They had a bar in the lobby wich we did not go to and they also had breakfast that we did not go to.

I recently stayed here while attending a conference nearby. The hotel isn't the newest, most updated, but it all works fine. However, the team working at this hotel, especially the Supervisor, Front Desk Clerks, Shuttle drivers and Flemming (bartender, waiter, room service delivery!) were professional, gracious and very helpful. The team may be covering for not having enough other team members - but they do it. Shuttle service within a 5 mile radius is offered which is great. But it may not always be available due to a driver shortage so have a backup plan. (And that's when a very professional Supervisor (I'm sorry I don't remember her name!) stepped in.)

Very pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I have had in many years. Service was excellent for once. Will stay there again. Will also look for Double tree hotels in the future.

The front desk staff was very kind. We got in mid evening and had to request new sheets for the pull out bed because it had crumbs and hadn’t been cleaned. The main bed had something stuck to I’m the comforter so obviously hadn’t been cleaned either. Had to get more towels because several were stained. Will be calling as well. The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but that’s terrible. I didn’t complain because we were trying to get out for Thanksgiving.
